My Weekend

This Past weekend I got to spend Friday and all day Saturday with my Sweetheart. It was Great! Friday we went out to eat for her birthday and Saturday we spent the day at her Grandparent's Lake house in Lake Gaston. Sadly we didn't get to swim in the lake but we still got to ride in the boat! The Boat ride was Awesome we got to see other houses that were probably worth Hundreds of millions of dollars. We also got to see some wildlife :) After the boat ride we had a meal and we took a nap the rest of the day.

I didn't take this but it was sent to me after the trip. I nap weird..

I watched this movie the past weekend and I would suggest this to anyone. This is one of my favorite movies and that says a lot because I am picky when it comes to movies. So what are you waiting for? go and watch it!!

Yearbook Assignment

I believe we should sell students their favorite photos in the yearbook. Such as sports pages, clubs, students with their friends, etc. Maybe they could have a collage of photos or something.

Famous Italian delicacies

Italian cuisine spans from pizza and pasta to sophisticated meats and fish dishes. It also includes classic desserts!!! 

Cherry tiramisu 

A dessert infused with a liquid such as coffee or rum, layered with a rich cheese or other kinds of filling, and could be topped with chocolate or coffee. 

4-6 servings

Ingredients

200 ml strong coffee
4 tbsp Amaretto
75-100 g savoiardi biscuits
4 egg yolks
125 ml Dansukker Caster Sugar
300 g cherries
250 g mascarpone
250 g low-fat fromage frais
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Orange Biscotti 

A delectable Italian cookie containing almonds. Good by itself, but great dipped in coffee.

makes about 50

Ingredients

240 g plain flour
200 g Dansukker Light Muscovado Sugar
2 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
30 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Juice and grated zest of 1 untreated orange
30 g butter or margarine
2 eggs
200 g shelled almonds

Zabaglione

This dessert can be served  hot or cold, depending if you serve it with berries. Zabaglione has been described as a dessert or a sauce.

Ingredients

4 egg yolks
3/4 dl Dansukker Organic Cane Sugar Fairtrade
1 dl Marsala wine or other sweet wine
Fruit or berries

5. About 3 sentences and they are effective because it gives you all the information you need to know.

3. I'm saddened that the reason these animals are dying off is mainly because of mankind. 

4. The the explanations pretty much sum up all of the photos and gives all the information needed. 

5. This photo essay has about 2-4 sentences for each photo. It explains where the animals are from and what is causing them to become extinct.
