Cherry tiramisu
A dessert infused with a liquid such as coffee or rum, layered with a rich cheese or other kinds of filling, and could be topped with chocolate or coffee.

4 tbsp Amaretto
75-100 g savoiardi biscuits
4 egg yolks
125 ml Dansukker Caster Sugar
300 g cherries
250 g mascarpone
250 g low-fat fromage frais
1 tsp Dansukker Vanilla Sugar

Orange Biscotti
A delectable Italian cookie containing almonds. Good by itself, but great dipped in coffee.

240 g plain flour
200 g Dansukker Light Muscovado Sugar
2 g Dansukker Vanilla Sugar
30 ml Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Juice and grated zest of 1 untreated orange
30 g butter or margarine
2 eggs
200 g shelled almonds

Zabaglione
This dessert can be served hot or cold, depending if you serve it with berries. Zabaglione has been described as a dessert or a sauce.
