There are so many things I want to do when I'm an adult. I know all of us want to have freedom from our parents. Even though its quite exciting to be so close from graduating and being on our own its also terrifying! Exciting? Terrifying? how can both of those words be used in the same sentence? I ask myself that question all the time. I also ask myself if I'm really ready to grow up. You might be wondering "Chris what is so bad about being an adult and doesn't growing up equal freedom?" The answer to that question is both yes and no. Yes because you get freedom away from your parental figures and No because you have more responsibilities as an adult. Sorry but you don't have as much freedom as most of you believe.Honestly when we were little kids most of us didn't have so many responsibilities. My childhood was different, but I won't get into all of that. So enough of me blabbering about this and time to get to the point. My future goals are as follows:
1.) I want be in the national honors society.
2.) I want to have a high GPA when I graduate.
3.) I want to go to a good community college my first two years of my education while having a part time job, and a really Good University my second two years.
4.) I want get accepted to a Great medical school (Preferably ECU Medical school or UNC Medical) to study to become a Radiation Oncologist, Radiologist, or Anesthesiologist.
5.) I want to be able to pay all of my college funds debt free.
6.) I want to work at one of the Best hospitals in the Raleigh-Durham area.
7.) I want to be the best at my career.
8.) I want to have my own personal music and art studio.
9.) I want to continue being in a Relationship with my Girlfriend and marry her. <3
10.) I want to raise a family how a family should be raised.
11.) I want to travel the world.
more will be added to this list as I get older.
To: all of those who are setting high goals just like me.
Throw away what naysayers say, and start a race for yourself. Prove them wrong. Turn what people say to you into motivation and you will prevail.
I wish you the best of luck on your goals...

DeleteChris, these goals are lofty but quite attainable. The question you need to ask is why not? As long as there is life, anything is possible! So dream big and the outcomes may even exceed your expectations. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, your grade is 97. Great job!
